At joysetup, we are committed to your satisfaction. Since we provide premium products, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return process.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
 * Custom-designed stickers or personalized orders.
 * Items that have been used or peeled off.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or we will coordinate with you for a manual refund if you paid via Cash on Delivery.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
